Dave Brailey, Senior Hydrologist

Dave Brailey brings over 40 years of experience delivering water resources solutions across Alaska. His work spans hydrology and hydraulics, supporting infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects in some of the state’s most challenging conditions.

Dave developed the Juniper Creek Hydro Project, a 300 kW run-of-river hydroelectric system in Eagle River, Alaska, demonstrating his ability to take complex projects from concept through design and implementation.

Dave continues to provide trusted technical leadership for Brailey Hydrologic, delivering reliable, defensible data and solutions tailored to Alaska’s unique water resource challenges.

Cam Brailey, P.E, CFM

Cam Brailey specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic investigations throughout Alaska. His experience working at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), installing stream gauges and conducting discharge measurements, provides a strong foundation for collecting accurate, defensible hydrologic data that supports reliable engineering analyses and design.

His expertise also includes hydraulic modeling, bathymetric and topographic surveying, hydrologic analysis, and riverine design for bridges, culverts, erosion protection, and flood mitigation projects.

Cam also contributed to the permitting, design, construction, and long-term operation of a 300-kW run-of-river hydroelectric project in Eagle River, Alaska.
