
Dave Brailey brings over 40 years of experience delivering water resources solutions across Alaska. His work spans hydrology and hydraulics, supporting infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects in some of the state’s most challenging conditions.
Dave developed the Juniper Creek Hydro Project, a 300 kW run-of-river hydroelectric system in Eagle River, Alaska, demonstrating his ability to take complex projects from concept through design and implementation.
Dave continues to provide trusted technical leadership for Brailey Hydrologic, delivering reliable, defensible data and solutions tailored to Alaska’s unique water resource challenges.

Cam Brailey is skilled in hydrologic and hydraulic data collection and analysis, with design experience supporting over 300 culverts, 40 bridges, and 20 fish passage projects, as well as coastal and riverine erosion protection systems.
Cam specializes in hydraulic modeling, stream gaging, and bathymetric and topographic surveying, with a strong track record of delivering detailed hydrologic assessments for infrastructure projects.
Cam also supported the permitting, design, construction, and ongoing maintenance of a 300 kW run-of-river hydroelectric project in Eagle River, Alaska.
